Do you have an hour a week to mentor
a first-gen low-income student?

Guide a first-gen low-income student through the college application process.

Our students are academically capable and are ready to apply to 4 year colleges, but need someone to help them do so.

  • Time Commitment is 1 hour/week, virtual

  • Session begins early August 2026 - April 207

  • Must be able to be fingerprinted in East San Jose between March-July 2026. You can reside outside of California, as long as you can be fingerprinted here.

  • No experience necessary, training provided each week during the 1 hour
